CORPORATE EVENTS
Conveniently located just north of Minneapolis, the Mounds View Event and Conference Center offers great flexibility for your next corporate event. Whether it is a company party, seminar or networking event our Event Center allows your event to be one large space accommodating banquet-style for up to 350 guests or theater seating for up to 400. For smaller business meetings or break-out sessions we can divide the space to accommodate up to 50, or use the additional meeting rooms available within the building. There are no pillars or visual blocks, which allows all of your guests to be able to see your presentation uninterrupted. Our open catering policy allows you to tailor your event by choosing any caterer you wish or even bringing in your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Want to have alcohol? Not a problem – all you need is a liquor caterer licensed by the State of MN to serve! Our large on-site parking lot creates easy accessibility for your guests.
WEDDING EVENTS
It is the start to your future together and your wedding day deserves the very best! There is no better place to celebrate your special love than the Mounds View Event Center. We understand that each couple is unique and we allow you opportunity to use your own creativity within your décor or work with any decorator you wish. With flexible layout options for up to 300 guests our open floor plan will allow all eyes to be on you without having any pillars or posts in the way! Our beautifully draped ceilings help to create an ambiance that will help your guests relax and enjoy the evening. Our open catering policy allows you to choose any caterer that you wish to use so you can tailor your wedding day to you! Do you want everything at one location? Ask us how you can have your ceremony and wedding reception together. We also have great spaces for bridal showers and rehearsal dinners.
SOCIAL EVENTS
It’s time to party! Whether you are planning a birthday party or quinceañera, a class reunion or anniversary party, you need the perfect space to throw your party! The Mounds View Event Center can accommodate you and up to 300 of your special guests while still having enough space to dance the night away on our large 1,600 sq. ft dance floor! Having a sports banquet or graduation party? We have an open catering policy allowing you to choose your own caterer or you and your guests can bring your own food! Are you having a smaller event like a baby shower or family gathering? Our space can divide into smaller rooms to accommodate up to 50 people all the way up to the full space to make any size event feel comfortable!
NON-PROFIT EVENTS
We understand that every little bit counts when running a non-profit organization, and to help you make the most from your gala or fundraiser we offer special pricing for non-profit events held at the Mounds View Event and Conference Center. Celebrate your volunteers and employees with a banquet to let them know how appreciated they are. Host a school banquet to celebrate the end of an activity season! Our large event center allows for your guests to dine while also having plenty of space for additional activity such as dancing, silent auctions or presentations. Our open catering policy allows you to work within any budget by being able to choose your own caterer or bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages!
