The Minnesota Multi Housing Association offers a one-day class to landlords and/or property managers a few times per year. The class is called "The Fundamentals of Rental Property Management in Minnesota. Please check the MMHA web site for class availability. Rental Dwelling License Application In February of 2008, the Mounds View City Council approved an ordinance requiring owners of residential rental dwellings to obtain a rental dwelling license.
