We accept cash, check and credit cards at Mounds View City Hall. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. A $2.75 minimum fee, or 2.30% applies if the purchase is $119.57 or over.

PERMIT SURCHARGE FEE REDUCED: Beginning July 1, 2015, the State of Minnesota surcharge applied to “fixed fee” permits is reduced to $1.00 for each permit. If you have any questions, please call 763.717.4020.

Please call the City at 763.717.4020 a minimum of 48 hours before you want your inspection. The City of Mounds View does its best to accommodate the scheduling of building inspections but cannot guarantee your requested time.
