Permit Requirements & Information
Work on a manufactured home or property is required to be permitted the same as any other single family dwelling - the only difference being that the Park Manager's approval typically is required. Work may not begin until the permit application is reviewed and approved by the Community Development Department. Determine if your project requires a permit by visiting the Building Inspection & Permits page, or contact the Community Development Department at Permits@moundsviewmn.org or 763-717-4020.
